We utilise a professional web hosting provider located within the EU. WE have entered into a Data Processing Agreement (verwerkersovereenkomst) with this processor to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality for your data.
6. How Long We Retain Personal Data
AM Editorial does not store your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. If a commercial agreement is established, we retain the necessary administrative and financial records for the statutory fiscal retention period of 7 years, as required by the Dutch Tax Authorities (Belastingdienst).

To ensure that the request has been made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy, please black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone), passport number, and Social Security Number (SSN) to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.
